Yes: The expected ranges of hemoglobin and hematocrit will be about the same for a woman on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as for one with natural periods, assuming the latter has adequate iron intake and is not iron deficient. Men have slightly higher expected values due to effects of testosterone.
