I have a complex cyst with multiple septations and a nodular focal area of 2 cm by 1 cm the cyst measures approx 7cm i am 59, post menapausal having gone through the menopause aged 30 ( have taken hrt) what are the chances of this being cancerous?

This is not the normal description of a simple benign ovarian cyst and the size is also a concern, but that does not mean it is necessarily cancerous. It is also pertinent if you have had any sort of symptoms and whether there are any prior studies for comparison, as well as the cause of your very early menopause. Removal is almost certainly indicated, but perhaps not urgently.
