Have an evaluation: Women who enter menopause at age 40 will frequently begin ovulating (and having periods) again. If you have a breast discharge, you should have it evaluated--especially if it is on one side only and is bloody. Milk production can be a side-effect of medication or result from hormone production. See your Ob/Gyn to find out for sure. Best wishes!
