Yes: As part of vascular training, infectious etiologies of the vascular tree are covered. There are a number of vascular disorders that are cause by infections and some feel atherosclerosis in some part can be cause by an infectious agent. Arterial aneurysms can develop due to infections as well a pseudo aneurysms. Infections of arterial grafts are a major problem and are treated primarily by surgery.
