The only suggestion I can give you is to find another oral surgeon. If it is going to take over six months to get an appointment there is something amiss. Will it take you a year to have that impacted wisdom tooth removed?

I don't know when you drafted your question. It is now July 2022. If the Oral Surgeon cannot see you until February 2023 that is an unacceptable wait. You have symptoms that are indicative of infection requiring immediate attention. If the Oral Surgeon can to see you, find a different Oral Surgeon.

If cause of symptoms is infection 1) Infection will spread, damaging other organ systems 2) Damage may be permeant and/or life threatening 3) Herbs WILL NOT cure infection...waste of time & $.
