Possibly a lipoma...: Lipomas are round nodules of benign adipose tissue (fatty tissue) that sometimes grow under the skin on the trunk and extremities (like the arms). These are usually mobile (not fixed to the adjacent tissues) and can be present for many years. Physical examination from a doctor or other experienced healthcare provider would be useful in confirming this. Hope that this helps.
