There's a fixed ping pong ball sized tumor in left breast for 5 yrs. also a hard fixed painless lymph node in my left armpit. a smelly lump under right armpit a few weeks ago. my left lymph node also turned painful 2 days ago. what does this mean?

A lump in the breast requires examination by a physician and a mammogram. Based on the mammographic findings a biopsy of the lump is often required to make a proper diagnosis. The only time biopsy may not be needed is if the lump is due to a fibroadenoma which is a benign tumor in young females. In your case we need to check you for possible breast Cancer which may have spread to the axillary node
