Abcess: This appears to be an abscess or carbuncle and must be attended to by a physician or even a surgeon as it's quite possible that it may need to be drained. It may be beyond simply applying hot packs and taking antibiotics orally. Head to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation and treatment are readily obtainable.
