Bursa: This is most likely a painless bursitis of the elbow with fluid collection. Lack of redness,pain or tenderness would rule out infection or gout. These may recede or remain the same. Your physician or an orthopedic surgeon can advise you best.

Elbow lump: Can you move it a bit or compress it? Then it may be an effusion water in the elbow sacs . That can happen with repetitive action and will resolve with decrease activity. May also be early bursitis , which is when the sac gets inflamed or if red hard painful an abscess. F/u w/ doc Motrin like products if not allergic may help rest ice ( 10 min on ) 3-4 x a day
