Cannot diagnose: Need more history, prior medical records, full physical exam and at least an ecg. You should definitely be seen by a doctor fairly quickly and have this worked out. Sometimes when your heart rate is too rapid not enough blood will be pumped out and with diminished supply to the brain you may feel faint and weak. Go asap.
