Is it possible to faint while lying down? i was lying in bed when i suddenly got lightheaded, body felt weak like floating, got a heat rush, heart felt weak then pounding and black flashes in vision. i was nausea after and tired. went to sleep?

A faint by definition is when the blood drains from your standing upper body to your lower body causing such symptoms. It does not happen when supine/prone. Lightheadedness is a symptom common to several conditions and only a proper evaluation could suggest a cause.
