Anxiety attack: Yes. It could happen in panic anxiety attack. Also need to rule out other cardiac causes/arrythmias in the setting of palpitations that you are experiencing.

Yes to sleep panic: I have had many patients tell me they wake up having panic attacks with heart pounding. Chest pain can be a symptom of anxiety as well, and i doubt you have heart problems at your age, but you really should double-check to make sure it's not your heart. Stranger things have happened, but don't worry, just to be safe!

First have a complete physical exam by a Dr. to rule out an underlying biological problem. If no problem consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy that helps you benefit from medication prescribed by a Psychiatrist. You may benefit from a sleep study.
