Palpitations: Either it is an episode of cardiac arrythmia, which could have caused a hypotension/dizziness/fainting/confusion/loss of conciousness or could be a brief episode of seizure with post-aura. You need work up. Consult an md.

Evaluation: See that you are a 25 yo female with thyroid cancer ; chronic fatigue. The fact that you became disoriented warrants medical evaluation. Do you get regular thyroid function tests done? Did you feel anxious? Were you breathing more rapidly? Please have this assessed. Take care.
