Mood follows thought: Look at the things that you are focusing on during the times that you feel stressed. It often follows that the focus of your attention is what you feel in your mood. Try to be positive and solution oriented, rather than worry oriented, and you may find that your mood improves. Taking control of your thoughts will improve your mood. Cognitive therapy can help you with this.
