Two possibilities: 1) an excellent self-help book is feeling good by david burns, md. You can learn helpful cognitive tip to calm yourself. 2) psychotherapy can also help. You can find a psychologist close to you here: locator.Apa.Org/ make sure you feel comfortable and safe with the person and then go to work to learn more about yourself and what triggers your stress, pain and anger.
