How to help calm down my nerves and stress before a big exam?

Guided imagery: Try having someone trained in hypnosis/guided imagery lead you through taking an imaginary exam, being in a relaxed state, a week before and then the day before an actual exam. It can make a huge difference. I do this all the time with my clients with great outcomes!
