Just breathe: Relaxation and breathing exercises are very good at caliming down from all of the above, exercise and even yoga or meditation can help keep longer term balance and develop skills to calm an anxiety response. There are even some breathing and relaxation apps for smartphones. A clinical or health psychologist can help teach you these and other comping techniques.
