Practice Relaxation: It is often helpful to take time out during a day when you feel stressed, and even if you do not, to focus and center yourself with a brief period of meditaion and relaxation. Even 5 minutes during your work day can help you recharge and re-focus your energies in a positive direaction.

Breath: If you can find a quiet place - do so. Breath in slowly ; deeply through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold for a count of five then slowly begin to exhale through an open mouth. Repeat at least 12 times, longer if you need to.
