See you doctor: Hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) 12.5 is a mild diuretic and while it can cause increased urination every hour is excessive. See your doctor for eval of how much you are drinking and if any other medicine or hormone problem could cause this. If your bs was normal then you are not diabetic.

Need more w/u: If you are urinating every hour and have thirst for lots of water and only on 12.5mg of hctz (hydrochlorothiazide). If you do not have diabetics, have your doctor do a random plasma osmolality. Diabetics inspidus is different from diabetics mellitus. The former has nothing to do with your blood sugar but has to do with your water regulation in your body. He can also check your urine osmolality to start if he agrees.

If glucose: Is normal, then it's another cause for your frequent urination. However, glucose can change in five months, so it needs to be repeated. Also, did you know that hctz (hydrochlorothiazide) will tend to increase blood sugar and lipids -- both of which are potentially harmful? Use a non thiazide diuretic if you need one, or other BP med. Since you're probably overweight, start restricting your diet and increase exercise.
