Fried food not wise!: Fried food is one of the least healthy things we can eat & is certainly not a good strategy for losing weight! eating "no carbs" is extreme. Not all carbs are bad- avoiding starches- sugar, grains, potatoes & sweeter fruits will help you lose weight, but do not avoid most vegetables.
