Appetite control: An orange has a lot of fiber which can be filling, so eating a small, medium, or half of a large orange as part of a planned snack/meal should be fine. Orange juice on the other hand should be avoided or limited to no more than a 4 oz serving. A more sustainable rate of weight loss might be to lose 0.25 up to 1 kg per week. I suspect you will begin to lose again in the next week.
