You are already following all of the rules! you are avoiding carbohydrates and sugars, and exercising regularly (that's a heck of a lot more than we can say about most people). There is no need to be impatient. You have an entire lifetime to lose weight at a slow pace - actually, that is the only weight that stays off. You don't want to bounce, so go slow.
