Why do i constantly see bubbles in my urine.. went to doctor did urine test negative for protein so what is it? Ive been seeing it every since I had a uti last year.. its really worrying me thinking that somethings wrong with my kidneys?

Stable/controlled lupus on Plaquenil. No hx of organ involvement. Had 100+ protein in urine 1 yr ago & RBC in urine (not UTI) that was missed by doc No protein this time. RBC in urine always (currently 3-5). If BMP is normal, is kidneys no concern?
