I'm a male with about 5 years of body itching after shower but no rashes. recently my urine was tested and my doctor told me there is protein in my urine. does the body itching has something to do with the protein in my urine or kidneys?

It very well might and the protein in your urine should be evaluated for cause to clarify if the itching is related.

Stable/controlled lupus on Plaquenil. No hx of organ involvement. Had 100+ protein in urine 1 yr ago & RBC in urine (not UTI) that was missed by doc No protein this time. RBC in urine always (currently 3-5). If BMP is normal, is kidneys no concern?
