Could be: After lap chole a period of doing well followed by a period of not doing well is atypical. Don't get too excited right now since no fever or worsening pain. If this doesn't clear in about 48 hours or if it becomes associated with pain or fever please contact your surgeon.

Can Be side effect: From taking a narcotic pain reliever. Would agree with use of zofran (ondansetron) to help.
