Vomiting: Checked HCG? associated diarrhea? if diarrhea could be gastroenteritis, though a week is a long time. May be gastritis with or without H pylori or gallbaldder or hepatitis, ( though w/ this degree of vomiting you should be yellow) .if associated with severe abdominal pain may be pancreatitis. appendix, UTI. Would also check TSH( thyroid) rarely it is a brain lesion. F/U with urgent care/ER,
