I'm confused about: where you live. FDA has jurisdiction in the United States, Puerto Rico, D.C. and its official territories. If Zofran meets the FDA requirements for an OTC medication, it could eventually become OTC. But it's not now & not likely to be so any time soon. Getting a Rx med available OTC is a long process.
