Go to your surgeon: What you describe is completely abnormal after a gallbladder surgery. You need to have your doctor evaluate you as soon as possible. If you can't get in to your surgeon then go to an emergency room.

Is it common for someone with super slow metabolism to still feel nauseated from general anesthesia 20+ hours after a 90-minute lap surgery? Currently on zofran, pain has kicked back, unable to eat yet due to nausea/vomiting. What else may cause it?
