Sitting in er.one bag of fluids in as well as double zofran (ondansetron). bloods drawn.if tests r normal but they can't control vomiting or nausea will i go home?

No: You are only discharged if you are stable to be discharged--if you are continuously vomiting, you will just dehydrate and return. They will likely try more zofran (ondansetron) and then other class(-es) of anti-nausea medicines to see if can get ahead of it, then have you try small food to be sure it stays down. If yes, provide rx's, if no, admit for intractible nausea / vomiting.
