Refer to answer: You do not need to a lot of exercise to loose weight. Eating right and not gmo is key to success. No cereals, whet, soy, corn, juices, sodas rey, and barley are the problems. Slowly will loose weight. Concentrate on loe salt cheese, almond and tahini butter.Also avocado, sesame, and flaxseed.
