Diet and exercise: No specific exercise can reduce fat in one location. Overall weight loss is the key. High protein, low carb diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. Aerobic exercise by walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, treadmill or elliptical. Tone thigh muscles with yoga, lunges, leg lifts and squats. Good luck. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
