Light pink patches: Without seeing the skin, it is difficult to make a diagnosis. However, the lesions could be an an allergic contact dermatitis which would be treated with prescription cortisone cream. If you were in the sun, the rash could be caused by a photo drug reaction. Without more history and seeing the skin lesion it is difficult to make an exact diagnosis.
