I have a light brown skin tone. i have light pink blotches (not thick or do not rise) all over my thighs and lower legs. what is this? legs feel heavy

Light pink patches: Without seeing the skin, it is difficult to make a diagnosis. However, the lesions could be an an allergic contact dermatitis which would be treated with prescription cortisone cream. If you were in the sun, the rash could be caused by a photo drug reaction. Without more history and seeing the skin lesion it is difficult to make an exact diagnosis.
