Veggies are best: Foods high in fat, starch and sugar are the worst for a diet. Eliminate them and usually it's easy to lose weight. Avoid bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, etc...The white foods, and add extra veggies to meals to fill the plate. Choose fish, chicken and turkey (not fried) over beef, bacon, or pork. Avoid fruit juices, but it's ok to eat some fresh fruit. Avoid high fat salad dressing and sauces.
