Liposuction . . .: There's no such thing as best, quickest & healthiest way to lose 10 pounds, especially if you don't want to exercise. Quickest way is via liposuction although that amount is excessive. Healthiest way is via good nutrition & regular exercise. Given that you're 17yo, i'd think about how to stay healthy over long term but that's just me.
