Liposuction . . .: There's no such thing as best, quickest & healthiest way to lose 10 pounds, especially if you don't want to exercise. Quickest way is via liposuction although that amount is excessive. Healthiest way is via good nutrition & regular exercise. Given that you're 17yo, i'd think about how to stay healthy over long term but that's just me.

Craving vs hunger: Make sure your hunger is true hunger first. If you say you are hungry, but your stomach isn't grumbling or growling, you aren't hungry, you are craving. The purest way to know if you are truly hungry is to talk to your stomach first and see if it is grumbling gnawing or growling. Consult physician or registered dietitian to determine basal metabolic rate and see best weight loss strategy for you.
