How much weight should you lose a month and how much is unhealthy i'm 5.6 and was 14 stone 10 pounds and lost 1 stone and 6 pounds is that healthy?

Glad you are losing: Here's a thought that i think many healthtap team members will agree with. Weight that you lose as part of a lifestyle change that you are likely to make permanent is the right amount of weight for you to lose in a unit time. Weight that's lost tormenting yourself or doing things you hate is unhealthy -- even if it's just a bit. Replace overeating with new fitness activities you really enjoy.
