Chicken ; others: Lean meats like chicken can be good for you as long as they aren't fried or covered with heavy, fattening sauces. Broiled, sauteed, grilled, etc are best. You want to also have plenty of vegetables every day as the bulk of your food. Healthy fats and complex carbohydrates. Consistent exercise of your choosing and sleep. No alcohol or processed foods. Limit or completely cut out sweets.
