Excess weight: Well certainly - it starts with good diet - cut out as much carbs as you can including sugar and pop. Eat protein rich foods, drink soda water and have lots of greens with vinegar/olive oil. Also start doing exercise as well about 17min a day on ellipitcal should do fine. You should lose about 10 lbs in about 2-3 weeks with this.

Fast isn't Best.: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training.
