You have symptoms: Eye inflammation is frequently the only clinical manifestation of the presence of the b27 antigen. Therefore you do have symptoms related to this positive marker.

Few cases of iritis. Had hla-b27 blood test done. One was positive, one was negative (by pcr). Since PCR is most sensitive, does this mean i'm clear?
