You should see a rheumatologist next so that you can have more definitive tests to see if you do have it. There are other diagnoses to consider but with the back pain, this does need to be ruled out. If you do get diagnosed with this, there are treatments available so it is better to find out for sure if you have this or if there is some other etiology to explain these results. Juvenile ankylosing spondylitis (JAS) often presents as localized tenderness the foot and knee, negative rheumatoid factor, and arthritis of any joint. Hip joint arthritis is particularly suggestive of early JAS though. Spondyloarthropathy similar to ankylosing spondylitis have been associated with psoriasis, IBD, and reactive arthritis. I would recommend you to get referred to rheumatologist
