No blood test for AS: If you are referring to the hla-b27, this is not a diagnostic test. You can still have as but it is less likely. This is a conversation for your doctor, however.

Few cases of iritis. Had hla-b27 blood test done. One was positive, one was negative (by pcr). Since PCR is most sensitive, does this mean i'm clear?

I had a blood exposure in April 2021. I took a 4th gen HIV test in July, August, September and October. I also took a HIV RNA by PCR test in October. All were negative. Are these considered conclusive or should I retest? I tested neg for HCV too?
