tested negative for ankylosing spondylitis by pcr blood test. apparently pcr is the most sensitive test. does this mean i definitely don't have as?

No blood test for AS: If you are referring to the hla-b27, this is not a diagnostic test. You can still have as but it is less likely. This is a conversation for your doctor, however.
