See below: It sounds like you are positive for hla-b27antigen. There is a good chance that you have joint involvement one day. However; it may be in the form of a different seronegative spondyloarthropathy besides ankylosing spondylitis. I would recommend that you consider seeing rheumatologist for an evaluation but also to be considered for therapy for your eyes since you have 2 attacks of iritis.
