No: Genetics are complicated in many diseases and expression of disease depends on environmental and infectious diseases and hormones. In AS having the B27 expression does increase the risk, but many with B27 never get AS and many without B27 still get AS. To answer these dilemmas is going to take a lot of research and there,s no point in genetic counselling for the near future for AS.
