No: Ankylosing spondylitis is diagnosed on history, physical exam and imaging. All the tests, famously the hla-b27, are ancillary and merely help confirm or rule things out in questionable cases.

Question about covid. I was exposed to covid on feb 16. I started quarantining that day. Got PcR next day, it was negative. Got PCR on feb 21st, positive. My quarantine continues from feb 16 or resets at feb 21. No symptoms at all so far. Confused?
