Iritis: Each disease has its cause. It may be not be known but it exists. Your iritis has a cause but to date it's not been discovered.

Yes: Unexplaied iritis is known as "idiopathic" and is a very common entity. If you wanted a second opinion, you would see an uveitis specialist.
