Possibly any: There are no particular ages to start healthy exercise, as it is always good to incorporate in life. However, the insanity workout is extremely high intensity, and for this reason, particularly if you are not already in top shape, it would be good to have a checkup and make sure that your body is able to handle that level of intensity.

Any age: It's more about conditioning prior to starting that type of intense workout rather than age as its not limited by age but mental toughness and physical conditioning. Good luck!
