I looked at the : hype online. It seems questionable to me. A 60 day program seems too short and may lead to rapid weight loss that may come back just as quickly. I would have a physical before doing any extreme workout program. I would recommend starting exercising gradually and increasing it over time. Find exercises that you enjoy and can continue for life not for just 60 days.
