Possibly: Hope for the best and be prepared for the worse. Mobile teeth at your age is usually indicative of periodontal disease. It needs to be treated.

See a periodontist: A loose tooth means loss of bone support see a periodontist who can evaluate the tooth and the amount of bone loss if it can be saved the tooth will best be splinted to the adjacent teeth and bone regenerated if not then you will lose it.
