Some ideas: Some recommendations that are a good starting place: 1) avoid light within 2 hours of bedtime which means no electronics (computers, ebooks and television 2) avoid caffeine and other stimulants (including tobacco), particularly after noon 3) avoid alcohol near bedtime or late evening 4) try relaxation techniques in the evening to disconnect from your day. And finally 5) if napping, stop.
