Soothing relief: Add honey & a small amt. Of lemon juice to chamomile tea. Pour boiling water over thinly sliced ginger. Steep 5 min. In a covered pot. Add 2 to 3 tbs honey & sip. Consider making tea with 2 tsp of marshmallow root bark per 1cup of hot water (steep in a covered pot for at least 5 min.). Drink several times a day or as needed to relieve throat pain. Chamomile tea or melatonin for sleep.
