Routine: Routine is key. Avoid caffeine after 4pm. Turn off tv, computers and internet access for one hour prior to sleep. Do something relaxing like reading or listening to soft music. Make sure you use your bed for just sleep, not working or tv. Get enough exercise during the day. Those are a few ideas. Good luck!
